Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, rest assured you’ll receive your item as promised.

Exchanges

No exchanges will be accepted for items marked as Pre-Order or Premade, and custom pieces are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Important Notes:

• Do not return any items without first receiving confirmation from our team
